• We sell healthy millet-based snacks including Jowar Puffs, Millet Crackers, Granola Bars, and Millet Cookies.
• All products are manufactured in hygienic facilities and sourced from farmers who provide high-quality produce.
  
• Product images displayed on the website are for representation; actual packaging may vary.

• All orders placed on www.farmgrowers.in are subject to acceptance and availability.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST.
  
• We accept payments through UPI, Net Banking, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, and Wallets.
  
• Once payment is completed, you will receive an order confirmation email and SMS/WhatsApp notification from us.

• Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days from the date of order.
• Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location within India.
  
• Deliveries are made through third-party courier partners.

• Returns are accepted only in cases of:
• Damaged products on delivery
  
• Wrong product shipped
  
• Expired products received
  
• Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by emailing customercare@farmgrowers.in with proof (images of product and invoice).
  
• Opened or consumed products are not eligible for return due to hygiene and food safety reasons.
  
• Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
  
• Cancellations are only accepted if the order has not been dispatched. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.

• You agree not to misuse our website for fraud, spam, or unlawful activities.
• All product descriptions, images, text, and designs on www.farmgrowers.in are the property of Farm Growers and cannot be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written permission.

• The brand name Farm Growers, its logos, packaging, and product designs are protected trademarks of our company.
• Unauthorized use of our intellectual property will result in legal action.

• Farm Growers is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products.
• Customers must check ingredient labels before consumption. Farm Growers will not be responsible for allergic reactions or health issues arising from individual dietary restrictions.

• Customer information is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy available on our website

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
• Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chh. Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra.

• Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
