At Farm Growers, we aim to deliver our healthy millet-based snacks to your doorstep in a safe and timely manner. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process and deliver your orders.

• Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days of receiving payment confirmation.
• You will receive an email and SMS/WhatsApp notification with tracking details once your order is shipped.

• Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location in India.
  
• Metro and Tier-1 cities may receive deliveries faster, while remote locations may take longer.
  
• Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to courier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
  

• Free shipping is available on orders above ₹450.
• For orders below ₹450, a flat shipping charge of ₹49 will be applied.

• We currently deliver across all serviceable pin codes in India through our courier partners.
• If your area is non-serviceable, our customer care team will inform you and issue a refund if payment has already been made.

• If a delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, non-availability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the package, the order will be considered cancelled and shipping charges will not be refunded.
• Re-delivery can be arranged at an additional shipping cost.

• If your package is tampered, damaged, or missing items, please raise a complaint within 48 hours of delivery by emailing customercare@farmgrowers.in with images of the product and invoice.
• Verified complaints will be eligible for a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
