Return & Refund Policy
At Farm Growers, we ensure that every product is freshly prepared, hygienically packed, and safely delivered. Since we deal in perishable food products, we maintain a strict No Return Policy once items are delivered.
1. No Returns After Delivery
- Food items once delivered cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and safety reasons.
- We request customers to check the product and packaging carefully at the time of delivery.
2. Eligible Cases for Refund/Replacement
We only accept complaints in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged product received
- Expired product received
If any of the above occurs, you must:
Raise a complaint within 48 hours of delivery.
- Email us at customercare@farmgrowers.in with your order ID, invoice, and clear images of the product received.
3. Refund Process
- Once your complaint is verified and approved, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement product.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7β10 working days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer after collecting your account details.
4. Cancellations
- Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
- Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
5. Delivery Issues
- If your package is lost in transit or undelivered due to courier issues, we will either resend the order or refund the full amount.
- Farm Growers will not be responsible for failed delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
